<The PP was limited to 52 Million Shares,> This is where you are wrong,the registration statement---the second one, was limited to 52MM shares..Your very good at the pump,,but fact is, if more shares are required,considering the floorless nature of the instrument, you can expect another registration statement,which will be limited again to XXX number of shares..DD
