SI's response time had been pretty decent for several weeks. If you are
experiencing consistent slowness, it's probably either your ISP or the
route between your ISP and SI.

Response time is slower as the market opens and close to market closing. It easily could be the route but I suspect there is more activity on SI during those hours. I did not say SI was slow. It is more than adequate. I feel they will have large delays when there are 500,000 subscribers during the hours mentioned. I do not know for sure, of course.
