On HBAN I am not sure that it is valid to compute horizontal count the way you have because of the sell signal. Having said that I could be wrong.

For vertical count, use the column of X's for the first buy signal after the sell signal. This is the column of X's from 23 to 27. The PO is as follows:
Number of boxes: 4
Box size: 1
# of boxes for reversal: 3

PO is 23 + (4*1)*3 = 36.

Use the lowest value in the X col in the uptrend - in this case it is 23. On this basis I would say that HBAN is at the price objective.

Just my views. I could be wrong.
