Bloomberg News Share sold by Deshpande and Paul Bondin were sold from a CRT( Charitable Trust) They don't decide the dates or benefit from the proceeds. Shares sold by Dan Smith and James Dolce they sell shares as part of a routine diversification. Michael Champa sold his shares to help finance the purchase of a house.......My opinon on this is that the managment of this Company sucks when it comes to manageing the street...But I guess in the long run all I should really care about is if they can manage their business...
