ASE agrees to extension and repricing of Big Valley warrants

Mr. Lloyd Tattersall reports
The Alberta Stock Exchange has consented to the expiry date extension and
repricing of 200,000 warrants issued by Big Valley Resources Inc., on April
30, 1997. The original warrants were issued as part of a 200,000 unit
private placement that closed on April 30, 1997. The original warrants had
an expiry date of April 30, 1999, and each warrant entitled the holder to
purchase one Big Valley share. The exercise price of the original warrants
was $1.75.
The 200,000 amended warrants will entitle the holders to purchase one Big
Valley share at 35 cents on or before June 30, 1999.
