(OTC BB:ERAW) a provider of Internet access, web design, web development and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), through its various holdings, today announced that Mr. Nicholas Flower, Chairman of ERA West has resigned to pursue other interests.
Making the announcement, Mr. Frank Speight, President & CEO of ERAW, stated: "We understand Mr. Flower's decision to leave, having been with the company since its inception, but Mr. Flower is confident that the company now has a solid management team with a clear vision for the company's growth. Mr. Flower formed Universal Dynamics in June 1994 to provide long distance telecommunications services in Australia, trading under the name Dynamic Bell.
