Mark,

As I recall you have 200 shares and wrote 2 contracts. You need to work up to larger positions positions because commissions will eat you alive. Steve deals in 50 or more contracts at a time.

You might look into the margin requirements involved in leaving the 30 in place, and writing a 25 also.

What the chance of the stock going from 20 to 30 in a month?

You should exit this or repair this position if the stock reaches $25.
