It seems to me we have a very plausible explanation in the Cayman Islands move.
Now that is finished and those who were forced to sell or chose to sell have done so.

If this was the cause of RIG's under-performance then it may well out-perform in the next surge up. (Assuming the sector is going Up and not To Hell in a Hand Basket.)

Just mvho. I am long RIG.
