Actually, saying that they will, or will not apply could be construed as forward looking statements. To state that they have not applied or that they have applied is simply stating the facts. It's the words we will be filing... that would reveal their future plans - forward looking statements. I have to admit, I like the stability we've gotten in MCF since going to options. I don't think I've seen the stock this stable since I started watching it in the 2 dollar range. And even then, it wasn't as stable as it is now. I'd better knock on wood. All the Best Marty P.
