I have been holding this trash for 13 months, and I have never received anything regarding an annual meeting or even a proxy statement for voting on matters raised by the Board. My expectations for the next few weeks (assuming Edison still works there): - 10Q and earnings anouncement will be blaming previous management for the mess they left behind (even more so if Morris has indeed been fired) and that they had to strenghten the balance sheet because of this. - Rosey forecasts for the upcoming year Sounds familiar...how about try thirteen months ago. Also: - Announcement of a huge reverse split...not a 1 to 10 more like a 1 to 75 or 100. - Split will never eventually happen because MTCIQ becomes a reality before the split takes place. - We all lose our money - Morris never works for a company listed on a US exchange again - Reg S shareholders that haven't converted start a class action lawsuit against the common stock holders because they didn't fleece us for enough of our money. So it goes.... Peter Moris...I hope you get crabs in your beard And to think I almost bought more after reading Sam's post regarding a phone conversation with MTi. Sam if I was you I would take a trip from Toronto into New York City and take good care of the a-hole that you talked to on the phone. Next time, tape your phone conversations so we can sue the bastards after their hospital stay courtesy of Jimmie's tractor.
