Speaking of lawsuits, I wrote several weeks back to mention that the other 15 suits had all been combined and forwarded to the Southern District of Nevada for disposition. Has anyone heard anything further in that regard? I wonder w/n Milberg-Weiss ended up as lead counsel. I also wonder how come two sets of diverse cases would end up consolidated unless the Court didn't think that either set of cases was meritorious. Anybody have any idea of how backlogged the Nevada courts are? I suspect that backlog there might be the only thing standing in the way of dismissal. Surely motions to dismiss have been filed and are now pending decision. OSO
