You can be assured that if this case holds and sets some type of a precedent, the only ones that will be laughing all the way to the bank in the end will be the MSO's. T stands to win no matter what happens. Reminds me of Ma Bell all over again. Open access will never come without a cost. Their are a number of legal things that the MSO's can do to make sure of this. What kills me is that all of the media is putting a positive spin on all of this for the net ISP's and alike. Look at the stock prices today and it will confirm that my theory is more correct!
