NETD has been putting out some amazing press releases about news deals with major players in the wireless business. Thy provide carrier independent services with connectivity between wireless pagers and the internet.
First of all, the press releases that we have been getting from the company have been excellent. The last one I think is more important then a lot of people realize. I think they are offering a nominal services that a lot of people going into Office Depot, or to Skytel or BellSouth will tack on without much notice to their pocketbooks. But in volume, that could mean a lot. Of course, they also have revenue streams from many other products. Most people have not yet discovered just how dynamic NETD is.
Between 1997 and 1998, a period that wireless was just beginning, revenues rose 110%. Now, we have Skytel, Office Depot, BellSouth, and more deals coming soon. Office Depot is training people in over 600 stores throughout the US to sell NETD's wireless services, and BellSouth started promoting NETD's services the day before that deal was announced. Skytel recently announced their deal with E-Bay to provide paged quotes, and people in the know understand that NETD is Skytel's partner in these types of services. We look at these individual deals, examine them , but they are only the trees. Anyone have any clue what happens when a company starts reporting 500+ % in revenue growth? That's the forest. I don't know if this next quarter will show that, as it ends very soon, but I believe that is what we will be looking at in the near future.
This company is great, both in terms of Investor Relations and agressive deal making. While I have been an active trader, I now plan on sitting back, relaxing, and letting netd make me a mil. |
