Today's news is very bad for the shorts but is just a mixed bag for the longs. ABTX is no longer in danger of financial collapse so the stock has no reason to sink any further. On the other hand, shareholders saw a large dilution of their holdings today with the sale of stock at such a low price. Unless the company can show progress in its efforts at integration and profitability, there will be more dilution/debt on the horizon. Thankfully, my long-term prospective will allow me to wait for the good news that should be coming out over the next few quarters.
