BKS/BNBN failed. Bad timing. Bad press. Amazon crashing. Who knows what else. Backdoor IPO's are no longer a sure thing. Approach them with great caution. I learned that the hard way. On the other hand, the initial failure might make BNBN a bargain buy now. Time will tell.
