I'll go with delusional liar w/ a touch of paranoid schitzophrenia.

For example, a typical Franshwa post might go something like this:

"ZSUN will be $100 by the end of 1999(Delusional). I already have substantial profits as I buy only on the dips and sell at the highs(Liar). The stock would already be well on its way to $100, if it were not for the organized bashing campaign launched against ZSUN by the Fiero Bros. and the rest of the Five Families. It doesn't matter though, because I will be suing each and every one of them(delusional/liar/paranoid schitzo)."
