Do you have any idea what it takes to roll out a DSL network? #1 if they decide (they probably will when they find out how hard it is to do this) to resell from an incumbent instead of being facilities based they will still have to deal with billing which is a beast that a 13 person division can barely tame and certainly a 13 person company can't tame. #2 if they decide to be a facilities based DSL provider the $20M in cash is 1/3rd of the capital required to go to market in the a single city so this is not even a fully funded business plan. How many secondaries has Dirks managed? #3 even if this was a hot sector, there are too many other negatives with this company (mgt, company history, initial investors, etc.) to make this a no-brainer short! #4 even if the company did do well, the market would likely not realize it because of Dirks. They have no analysts covering it and thus the stock will never be owned by institutions, the primary driver of long-term stock appreciation. Most aren't that easy but this one is. And yes, I have done an extensive amount of research here. If you doubt me, please buy the stock and vote with your hard earned $!!!!!
