I find it interesting that everyone focuses on the per trade charge by brokers. Often, the biggest impact on a buyer or seller is on the price one gets for each transaction made. Typically, the small investor typically gets screwed due to low volume trades. I am shocked that the media has not brought this point out tot the general public. A 20/20 story would make a lot of sense.

Have there been any studies on what brokerage house provides the best "pricing" for small investors? How do the online brokers compare?

Thanks,

Jonathan Romanowsky
