Stefan,

The market is different from a game of poker IMHO. Poker is a game of luck; the market is a reflection the economy behind it. Over time, poker is a zero sum game among the participants with 0 value added. Over time, the economy always grows, as the human civilzation progresses (till the scenerio in Dr. Strangelove becomes true ;-)).

So, the analogy doesn't hold.
