I have no opinion of the independent directors. The paragraph you quote is rather less than informative. Nothing about what they've actually done in the course of their careers; no indication whether they held positions of responsibilty or not. In fact, except for Price we're not even given to know who they worked for in the past or work for now. Generally these sorts of bios are a great deal more specific.
