John, I've gotta agree with you about a buy-out. The value of the company is not measured by the capacity and pricing for the product coming on-line now, but the capacity coming on-line later this fall and the jump in energy capacity of the product coming online sometime later this year and then next.

Factoring in lines 1-4 and a product at least 40% better than anything out there, for which they can attain a price premium, the stock could well be priced closer to $100/sh with P/E of only 30 or so. This could happen in less than 12 months.

IF they want to buy us out for $100/sh now, maybe I'd think about it. But even then, the stock could still grow exponentially from there if the company's plans for licensing the technology and materials patents comes to fruition.
