Dave on the Warrants I'm not sure when you could exchange them. At the
time of conversion you would have to come up with the $40.00 exercise
price per share. Taking you 100 warrants here is what happens in the
meen time.

100 warrant at 95 = 9,500
for the same money you would get 70.37 shares

As you can see you can make & loose more with the warrents, sort of like buying on margin.
