IF NCDR makes money and the stock takes off, I will gladly eat crow. Not just if the stock takes off because good crooks know how to manipulate a stock. If the stock takes off I will short sell with impunity because I KNOW NCDR will never make it as a company and their technology is nothing. NCDR is a loser company with scammy, crims connected around every corner. Go play another round of golf at California Country Club. I'm sure you know where it is.
