I am absolutely aware that there are insurance companies that offer major commercial liability policies. The question is whether ETPI has covered itself. When a tort trial jury awards a plaintiff $50 million against MacDonalds for simply spilling hot coffee on her lap, it's easy to visualize ETPI being hit for $20-200 million in case of a drowning. To not be insured is the acme of business incompetence. All I had been suggesting is that ETPI ought to allay shareholder fears that it has not adequately insured itself.

(Before anyone corrects me on the MacDonalds case, I don't know the exact numbers here. But it is my general recollection that the jury award was as least as much as what I said.)
