A legal representative of AT&T just spoke on CNBC about 20 minutes ago. I just caught the end of it. (Does anyone know how to get CNBC transcripts on-line?) ATHM stock began to rise immediately after that. I found his comments to be confident and calming. T will appeal and they are sure they will win. They will not be asking the FCC to intervene....said there was no need....that Portland is an anomaly.
