Stock-Bull, I live just south of L.A./ Santa Monica. The only entity more messed up than City Council is the Board of Education. That is going to be fun to watch!!!!!!! <<<Steve, the news I heard was that LA's City Council was considering open access on the cable. As far as I know, it has nothing to do with Santa Monica. Besides, as you may know, Santa Monica is a separate city from LA. So, LA's possible ruling would have no affect on Santa Monica. Of course, the bigger issue centers around the City's ability to regulate these matters. It may be that only the Federal Government can regulate. Sure hope AOL comes out on this deal.
