From my understanding ... though La Jolla Securities is shut down the short position still exists in MM acounts. Now with this one, even if they average down still is a dollar at the low except for what has been bought recently.

Hate it ... I watched today as the infamous 10K came in on the bid.

Have you heard anything new on the closing of the financing... I have not been able to make calls till I get new phone line in.
