Repost: Why shares O/S are not as important as you may think

SHARES O/S ARE IMPORTANT BUT PLEASE SEE CALCULATION BELOW

AGAIN.....our calculations show that even if there were 200 Million shares outstanding,
if the model works, the EPS should be between 5-10 cents. Nothing is guaranteed and I
don't mean to make light of the Shares O/S (it is too high for my tastes, too) but even
so, the really HUGE variable is just how successful the Lifetime and the other deals are.

If the model works well, we are going to be very happy. If it doesn't, we won't.

LOOK AT THIS:

if profits are $15 MILLION:

$15M/150M shares = 10 cents per share x PE of 20 = $2.00 stock price

$15M/300M shares = 5 cents per share x PE of 20 = $1.00 stock price

Either way we win IF the MusicCard fund-raisers work even miminally well.

if profits are $30M, then we double the stock price to $4.00 and $2.00
