Perhaps I should have said within 12 months. I have actually felt that SFE would retest 100 in the short term. I am a bit more catious of late, since it has had trouble once it gets into the 90s and I am turning very cautious about the inutz as a whole.

Typically SFE runs up just before an offering then pulls back right after. We will see if that is the case this time, since this is a new type of IPO for them.

BTW, on a separate topic, I spoke with Sandy Mertland in SFE IRT and she said WRT establishing an indication of interest in the directed offering, all you really need to do is to keep up on SFE announcements and then call your broker once the offering is priced to tell them you are entitled to participate and give them instructions to inform SFE of your interest and issue a buy at offering order.

I myself am a bit skeptical, since both Schwab and my bank (where I hold IRA shares) have screwed up regular offerings in the past -- so I'm probably going to call both my brokers, plus SFE and send written instructions to both to make sure.
