Does anyone think there is a connection between the stock offering and the sale of the CKFR Hq real estate? Both are ways of raising cash. Do we know why they need the cash? Is it a surprise? What does it say about the health of the company? I'm not implying anything, I would just like a reaction from those who are more familiar with the company's situation and plans. Thanks. Max Singer
