ZOOM 56K Modem - $149.99

I don't believe anyone else has commented on this - but the COMPUSA flyer in the Sunday newspaper offers a ZOOM 56K "ZoomGuard" modem for $149.99 along side the X2 (which sells for $199.99). A picture of the box (in the ad) seems to say the same. Have I missed something?
