Who held ATHM with me for 11+ points in a day? IDTC is a great pick for this manic bubble week. . . I missed it.
I am leaving for Vegas in the morning. . but if there is anyway to get online, if this week continues the manic bubble started today. . believe me, I will try. . .
But the trick in a week like this is not to OVERTRADE.
Think hard about that one. Look at KTEL charts. . .how many days the runs span. Look at SIEB.
Back in HAUP for the pop. When short sellers realize the sort of week ahead. . this one could hit 40 this week, IMO.
The big internets that we called down. . .are going to explode for a few days. . . "SOMETHING" will no doubt happen to pull their plug by Friday. . .so don't get too attached or say good-bye to any gains you see. This is a BRIEF rally within a high-tech bear market, in my opinion. . .and nothing more. I think we will still see some lower numbers on many of the internets. . .but for the time being the best will rally hard this week. . . .have fun.
Remember the stocks I am buying are LOW FLOAT internets that have been heavily shorted in recent months. These are NOT position trades, newbies. These are swing trades based on a single factor. . .volatility. Should volume suddenly hit the market. . .I am pulling out until I see that volatility return. I know that sounds backwards from "normal" trading. . . but this is how the "BubbleNets" work.
When the Wall Street Fat Cats are away. . . the Individual Online Traders mice will play.
HAUP, JBOH, SIEB, NDB, EVSI, etc. [remember on weeks like this low float online brokerages often make serious gains by mid-week] Some of these will not get the volume as others. . .I am betting on the ones I think will win by Thursday morning. . .when I plan to do some selling into the gap.
Watch carefully for news driven low float leaders EARLY in the morning. . . before the market opens. . .William knows what I am talking about and can call some early winners before the bell. Set targets for at least part of position. Look at trading history of those chosen, for clues of what it can do on specific volume. . then watch that volume. Don't underestimate the power of a beaten down low float internet during Manic Bubble week.
William. . .you have been here with me before during these. . . am I off in my alerts, according to what you have seen in the past?
Personally, I can make some of my biggest gains of the season trading in and out of a single week like this. . .until someone blows the whistle and forces some "well respected" periodical to trash online traders, internets, gurus, etc. . . or the SEC jumps in and finds an AVCO to halt. I wish now I had not booked a flight out mid-week. . . guess I thought the real vacations would not start until late in June.
Anyway. . .my posting from here through about the end of June. . should be sketchy, erratic and short. . . .don't expect any "article" type posts like today's post of the day on Motley Fool. Might be on late tonight. . .then next will be either Las Vegas or San Diego. . .will keep you posted on my adventures.
