Not sure if this was posted already Micron Technology Ships 128 MEG and 144 MEG RDRAM Samples BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--Micron Technology, Inc., today announced shipment of 128 Meg and 144 Meg RDRAM(R) (Rambus(R) DRAM) samples to Intel Corporation. These components are intended to support 600MHz, 712MHz, and 800MHz speed grades.
