I don't know what you consider Level II, but technically, it is a proprietary name for the information provided on the NASDAQ that allows one to see the ask/bid for each MM. It is NOT a term that is used with the NYSE which doesn't use MM's. The fact that you refer to E-Trade and Quote.com makes me question whether you really understand the system as most active traders never would use a system like those that doesn't give instantaneous execution.

The thing that bothers me the most is that you responded harshly to my original comment and then proceeded to throw darts at me when I indicated I'd never heard of "bridge". If you had simply taken the time to tactfully respond to my inquiry, we wouldn't be having this conversation. I spend time on this thread because I find most of the people here fun, happy, and helpful with a combined camraderie. You sir do not fit into that mold. I feel sorry for you.
