I understand that if someone is currently long TNRG stock, and remains so he will get TIPS shares if and when a dividend is paid.

Now my statement is clear and not anything like the convoluted long-winded statements by TAP and the Company, so believe whom you wish. But I agree with you, you should be Okay.
