RE: IBM Testimony.

IBM employee Norris has claimed that Microsoft bullying had something to do with the increase in fees IBM has had to pay to Microsoft over the last five years. In 1995 the fees were 40 million, while last year it was over 400 million.

Suppose Judge Jackson rules that Microsoft is a monopoly and illegally used it to control the OS market. Does IBM then have a strong case to retrieve some or all of those fees? It's gotta be at least one billion dollars. And can IBM sue for damages? Can you get triple damages a-la RICO in something like this?
