"Can't pay" is obviously a plant. But whomever did it watered him too much and created some core rot. I do believe he is here with an ulterior motive, and I have my own suspicions, but everyone will have to make their own determination. Why not call him up? He works for lockheed martin in minneapolis! Just ask for their smartest rocket scientist.
