You are clearing not aware how CONSERVATIVE you are predicting the
Dow going from 10900 to 20000 in 10.5 years.

This is a compound rate of return of merely 5.4166 percent. If this is
the optimistic performance you expect from equities, then you should
put all your financial assets into 10 year fixed income and
get the same yield or better, with NO RISK.

Incidentally, a 10 percent return over 11.5 years would
move the Dow from 10,900 to 32,617.
