RLM, do you have any idea what relationship the statement by LEAH about the sale of the SibMach manufacturing division has to the relisting of the common shares in the news release below? Why would this sale have a bearing on the relisting if the financials will be out anyway?

Announcing a possible sale is not the same thing as pulling it off especially in Russia, this could take a while!

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 1999--Leah Industries, Inc. (OTC BB:LEAH)
is pleased to announce that the company has retained investment bankers to facilitate the sale of the manufacturing operations of Sib-Mach Font, its 60% owned subsidiary.

Leah Industries, Inc. will retain all oil and gas operations, and it is the intent of management to utilize part of the proceeds of the sale to expand oil and gas production, with the balance of the sale proceeds to be paid to shareholders by way of special dividend.
