Hi Rick, The longer out you go, the more that fundamentals influence the activities of a stock. And with that comes a whole other bag of skills which I do not possess... like analysis of the long term implications of a successful court battle at the state level. Will they go to the Feds? Will the Supreme Court overturn? Will increased charges due to increased franchiser expenses price them out of the market? Will, will, will??? Ah, give me a chart anytime! Good luck on T...
