The following is extracted from a note I just sent to the SI Webmaster. It will explain his situation. ------------------------------------------------------ I just received a message from William F. Junemann, Jr. Bill is an active participant on the "How to Write Covered Calls - A Real Life Case Study" thread. Bill apparently just had his SI membership revoked because he was advertising (spamming) a thread he created. Apparently, there is a policy against doing that. He was not aware of such a policy and feels real bad about the situation. His SI membership is important to him. I have noticed there are lots of people who advertise products of their companies and I think your policy is basically a good idea. The problem is that your policy is not well known. Until I heard of Bills situation, I never knew about it. I think it would only be fair for you to give Bill another chance. Now he knows about your rules, I believe he will follow them. Please reinstate his membership and give him the opportunity to prove himself. It's only fair. ------------------------------------------------------ He asked me to help him out. He is also interested in a phone number for Silicon Investor. I couldn't find one. Anyone have any idea. Blaine
