Interesting to note that Lotus wanted to buy NOVL in the early 90's...Lotus management have also had their share of problems with their boss IBM. IMHO their decision is going to hurt them more than anything else.. However the Caldera story, small as it is, really surprised me. I've always thought Caldera was getting a lot of support from NOVL, and thought at some point NOVL would buy them out...Have we reached Noorda's exit point? VD
