To Hell and Back if AOL is the devil, Open Bandwidth, T (AT&T) and the Portland lawsuit means that AOL will be down in the morning, and after that first cup of coffee it will rock N roll. Just my prediction. Count me in for the EARLYBIRD special. see High Speed Access HSAC. IMHO all these companies are in "Partnership" with the devil, so to speak, because these "Partnerships" are still the biggest loophole there is in the Anti-Trust and FTC/FCC and even SEC regulations.
