China is not a planned economy, not anymore. Those guys can murder their students armed with posters and a smile but because they're deathly afraid of becoming a North Korea they've let the free market economy out of the bag. They have a tiger by the tail and they are so addicted to making money that they are going to hold on tight and see where it takes them, laughing all the way to the peoples bank.
