ADRN

Amigos losing patience with ADRN....who knows when the merger will be completed? I, for one, am holding patiently until the deal is consumated. Compared to its peer group, ADRN will blow past the competition and the stock price will reflect it. Mcglen is currently profitable and is making moves to continue that trend in the future.

*They are currently in final stage negotiations with a Korean consortium of hardware manufacturers to sell their wares on the McGlen site. This will be a huge revenue and earnings boost.
*The company is projecting $70 million in sales for 1999. This is very conservative.
*They have several brokerage firms interested in providing coverage when the merger closes.
*They will have lots of investment banking support when the deal closes and a secondary is currently in the works.
