You might want to investigate the newer ATI All in Wonder 128 - an improved version of the All In Wonder Pro.

Check out Anandtech.com and look for his review of these two cards - I recollect he liked the new version but didn't like the older on which was on your list.

Also, check out the Motherboard and see if it has the Intel 440BX chip set. If it doesn't, BEWARE.

As far as MHz, choose the highest that you are comfortable paying for.

Remember, 450 MHz is a lot.
