Re: Kinnard, a Dain friend of mine spoke to Clint Morrison who was absolutely livid and beside himself after seeing Friday's news. Apparently , he also reviewed the 10K and did not see anything that would make any of the potential Reg D investors change their minds. This is 3rd hand info. Do your own research. BTW, Kinnard is also in the process of transitioning the ANCR coverage from Clint Morrison to Frank McAvoy, who has industry experience as opposed to Morrison who has strictly a financial background. Perhaps the new analyst knows the Networking/Technology area better than Morrison and will shed a different light on the story. If anyone here does business with Kinnard, feel free to post any info on the new analyst.
