Hi Mo-- <g>

<<1. I agree that a lot of whining on this thread. (I don't see Kitko so I don't know.)
Whining doesn't fit exactly--- all of the posters on here are sharp and are probably right, but if the market made sense we'd all be wealthy.. Kitco guys talk about gold,, they love gold, and see a conspiracy under every pebble to deflate the price. Just the flip side of what I read on here the other night..

I have avoided reading all of this stuff because I think the same way, and that has caused me to lose money.. results from becoming stubborn, because we know we are right...

Right now there is too much senseless dough out there looking for easy street, and it thinks it's found it...I have to add that into my trading and then I make dough. Which is what it's about, not being right...
<<2. I am under the opinion that markets at large can not be manipulated. Over a
short period of time, may be. Over the long run NO WAY.>>
<<3. Thinly floated stocks and story stocks with mediocre float can be heavily
manipulated by big money.
4. Very very difficult to manipulate behemoths likes of IBM, MSFT and INTC.
However, general market movement can be used advantageously to exert a short
squeeze in these issues. >>>

I agree on all of the above

<<. Engineering stock market rallies via futures purchase is a REAL phenomenon,
especially in the recent years. Me thinks that not just the Feds but also some big
investment banks are doing this. >>>

No doubt about it--- never have I seen a rally in the last couple of years that was not precipitated by the S&poos
<<6. I am almost convinced that there is a deliberate attempt to keep POG below
certain level, if not yank it down to zero. I think loose money policies of the central
bankers is more to do with than Gold carry trade. >>

That one I'm not sure about at all--- Gold is in a real sickening bear market, and has been predicting this deflation for some time...

<<You might ask - if the game is rigged why not choose another game.>>>

It's the best game in town by a country mile.....I love it...

BTW,, what do you mean by the dark side--- My anti NATO bent?

It's my BS sniffing nose--- you know ,, the same one that all of you guys have...<g>
