Tom,obviously actel is positioning itself to buy gate at future date and idanta is going along for the ride.Do you know how the meeting went and if any proposal passed?Actel is relying on flash for future growth which is in our favor but hopefully the reverse split was defeated.Note actel can loan another 4m after jan 2000 -we should see flash on market by then unless gate screws it up in production -I had hoped actel would buy gate now but they are buying it slowly.
