Gary, It seems a lot of new super router discussion revolves around Juniper. Juniper may be doing well in this small but exploding field, so I wondered yours and others opinions on the people like Juniper. From what I gather, all these companies are making terarouters and CSCO is not yet among them. Avici Argon Nexabit NetCore Pluris Aranea (the name of the router from MRVC's Charlotte's Web connection) Lucent Why is so much hype put on Juniper when others seem to possibly have a good chance to take business in the years ahead? Message 9735902 Seems like the Aranea here BLOWS Juniper out of the water. Am i seeing things? Wouldn't some people be interested in a terarouter doing both IP and ATM and packet over Sonet? juniper doesn't do ATM or packet over sonet and doesn't seem anywhere near as scalable. i would like your opinions on these matters. nice animated gifs on your profile page, pigboy
